Introductory Meeting

The first meeting is complimentary.  This provides us an opportunity to get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Rates

Our work is highly customized and unique to each client. Based on your budget, we will prepare a quote in advance of any work being completed.

Payment Terms

In the case where there are multiple service providers engaged (for example for a larger event requiring a venue rental, catering and decor) we will request a 50% deposit prior to any work commencing.

Payment Options

Invoicing is done bi-monthly for ongoing clients. One-time services will be invoiced once the work has been completed. For your convenience, payment can be made by e-transfer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There are some limitations to our services.

• Our service is not medical in nature.

• We are unable to administer medications.

• Personal grooming, bathing and toilet care are not included in our services. We can, however, arrange for a qualified and trained individual to assist with these services if required.
