The first meeting is complimentary. This provides us an opportunity to get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
Our work is highly customized and unique to each client. Based on your budget, we will prepare a quote in advance of any work being completed.
In the case where there are multiple service providers engaged (for example for a larger event requiring a venue rental, catering and decor) we will request a 50% deposit prior to any work commencing.
You will be invoiced once the work has been completed. For your convenience, payment can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There are some limitations to our services.
Our service is not medical in nature.
We are unable to administer medications.
Personal grooming, bathing and toilet care are not included in our services. We can, however, arrange for a qualified and trained individual to assist with these services if required.
